Product Overview

The ITT Cannon ARINC 600 BKAD/E/F series connectors are high-performance rack and panel connectors designed to meet the demands of the air transportation market. These connectors offer low insertion force contacts, available in both environmental and non-environmental versions. Key features include field-replaceable inserts, polarizing posts, and a high contact capacity of up to 800 size 22 contacts. They support various contact types including crimp, coax, power, printed circuit, and wire-wrappable post styles, utilizing standard DPX crimp, insertion, and extraction tooling. Waveguide connections are also available. The BKAD/E series represents a significant advancement in rack and panel connector technology, reducing high mating forces by approximately two-thirds. The BKAF variant is fully intermateable and intermountable with existing ARINC 600 connectors and allows for easy, field replacement of individual contacts.
